The music starts, you begin breathing, one conscious connected breath after another as Melissa guides you from your everyday, ordinary world of busyness, stress, and overwhelm into an extraordinarily deep altered state of consciousness where you will tap into the superpowers of your breath.

This is an entirely new level of using your breath to access insights, remove subconscious programming, knock out limiting beliefs, and connect to something beyond you, all without any external substances.

Melissa Saubers, Breathwork Facilitator, will guide you and your group through a 40-minute therapeutic breathwork journey. We'll start by setting intentions for your journey, then end with integration and grounding.

Breathwork is an active meditation where you use your own breath in a specific pattern to theoretically disconnect your mind from your body helping you drop deeply into a meditative non-ordinary state of consciousness. Using breathwork is one of the quickest ways to change your state of being and is a natural remedy for stress & anxiety. It can help you develop a greater sense of awareness, connect to your own internal guide, and release stuckness in your body.

Location: Available online via Zoom.

Energetic Exchange:  $16/per person (pay for the first person to start the process then Melissa will create a payment page for the rest of your attendees)

Note: After you purchase Melissa will reach out to you to schedule your group's session.

Please have the following available for your comfort:

~ Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot or you may get cold.
~ Lie on a yoga mat or your bed and have a blanket to cover up and anything else for your comfort. You will be laying on your back for the journey.
~ A journal and pen, if you want to take notes after your breathwork journey.
~ Water to drink.

Note About Medical and Psychiatric Contraindications for a Breathwork Journey:
Breathwork is a very safe and effective modality with just a few possible contraindications. Please take note if any of these apply to you. This type of Breathwork can result in powerful activations on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Some contraindications may include but are not limited to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure (that is not controlled by medication), history of strokes or seizures, epilepsy, brain or abdominal aneurysms, asthma, COPD, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, detached retina, high eye pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis, pregnancy, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, suicidal ideation, PTSD, or if you're taking prescription blood-thinning medications. Please check with your doctor if you have any of those conditions prior to participating in a breathwork journey.
